McCartney Produce, A FreshEdge LLC company, is hiring CDL A Local/Regional Reefer Drivers in Paris, TN.

Drivers will haul fresh fruits and vegetables to valued partners with the goal of feeding the Midwest. Compensation:

• Average Annual Earnings: $52,000 - $70,000+Average weekly earnings: $1,100 - $1,400
• Paid an hour rate between $17-$18/hour with 55-66 hours per week
• Additional Pay Incentives:$125 for each overnight layover
• Retention Bonus
• Overtime for hours worked over 40 in a week

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Home Time: Home Daily & Home Every Other DayDrivers are never out more than one night
• We have a few routes that are 2 days routes with layover pay - all other routes are home daily
• Schedule: Monday - Saturday; 5-day work weekOff Sunday and 1 other day during the week
• Shift: Start time between 2am - 5am (depending on the route) and home 10-14 hours later
• Route: Drivers will drive within a 400 mile radius of Paris, TNMust be flexible with route changes
• Level of Touch: Touch FreightDrivers will use dolly, hand jacks and electric jacks

Equipment:

• Freightliner & Kenworth Day Cabs, Sleeper Trucks & Box TruckReefer
• All trucks are late models
• Transmission: Automatic & Manual Available

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 22 years of age
• Must have CDL A licenseDrivers with a CDL B or C license or a For-Hire endorsement are still encouraged to express interest - our team has opportunities for you that we would love to discuss with you!
• Drivers will preferably have 1-year of tractor-trailer driving experience though not requiredNew grads are encouraged to apply
• Drivers can only have 1 moving violation or 1 preventable accident in the last year
• No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Paris, TN or be willing to relocate for this position
