Job description

The Catering Supervisor at Midway Golf Games & 44 Tavern is responsible for overseeing catering and event operations, ensuring exceptional service and delivery of food and beverage offerings to guests at Midway Golf Games & 44 Tavern. The Catering Supervisor will report directly to the Executive Chef and collaborate with the culinary team, event coordinators, and other front-of-house staff to ensure successful catering events that meet revenue goals and guest expectations.

· Duties:

o Lead and supervise the catering team to deliver exceptional food and beverage service, including staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management for assigned team members.

o Coordinate and oversee all aspects of catering operations, including event setup, food and beverage production, service, and cleanup, to ensure smooth execution of catering events.

o Ensure that all catering operations are conducted efficiently, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, and following all relevant health and safety regulations.

o Develop and implement catering standards and procedures, ensuring that they are communicated effectively to staff and followed at all times.

o Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute catering menus, ensuring that food quality, presentation, and portioning meet guest expectations and market trends.

o Work closely with event coordinators and other front-of-house staff to ensure that catering offerings are aligned with customer expectations and event requirements.

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful catering events and repeat business.

o Monitor and analyze catering performance, including revenue, costs, and guest feedback, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

o Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage of catering supplies and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
