Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner while completing customer transactions on the cash register.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Stock store shelves and endcaps with merchandise.
• Communicate to all levels of management about important customer feedback regarding products and processes.
• Answer customer questions about products and services.
• Follow company policies as stated in employee handbooks, manuals, and training materials.
• Be flexible when scheduling work time.
• Be reliable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
