We are looking for an experienced Cash Poster to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately posting payments to customer accounts, reconciling discrepancies between payments and invoices, and ensuring that all payments are properly recorded in the company’s accounting system. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Post payments to customer accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer payments and account balances.
• Process refunds and adjustments as needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
