Program Overview:
NADAP's Project ACE is a case management program that serves hundreds of New York City residents each year. We conduct background and clinical assessments to determine care in the community and then design and implement individualized service plans. By addressing housing, substance use, mental health and medical conditions, and legal barriers, Project ACE helps clients move towards independence and self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities:
Position Summary
To provide clinical supervision and coordinate work activities of case managers.

Essential Functions
  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision to case managers through individual, group, field, and data supervision.
  • Assists staff in diagnostic case analysis to identify and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Documents staff performance. Conducts meetings to review performance. Motivates staff.
  • Develops and fosters working relationships with reatment providers and community partners, e.g., criminal justice system, child welfare agencies, shelters, etc.
  • Effectively collaborates with Assessment Supervisor, Manager of Clinical Services, Manager of Employment Services, and other members of the management team to support program and policy development, resource development, client services, and program operations.
  • Ensures case management services are provided in compliance with program policies and procedures by conducting regular chart audits. Determines quality and quantity of services provided both on-site and off-site.
  • Performs site visits with case managers, including visits to client homes, work sites, HRA sites, vendor sites, and treatment programs. Represents the agency in community events and networking.
  • Compiles statistical information on clients and client services, prepares and submits written and oral reports to program administration, and participates in interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Identifies training needs and participates in their development and delivery. Provides in-service training for staff in areas such as new policies, procedures, and case management issues.
  • Interviews and recommends applicants for case manager positions; provides new staff/intern onboarding and job specific training on department procedures and operations.
  • Participates in the development of Funding Source Reports.
  • Performs all other related job duties as needed or requested by supervision including: Q/A, caseload management, program management of performance milestones, and/or other management duties.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Formal Education: Master's Degree
Experience: Miniumum of 3+ Years experience working in social services and case management; 1+ years in a supervisory role

Salary: $65,000/year
