Job Purpose
The phrase “Cura Personalis” is central to the Gonzaga mission and means “care for the whole person.” The Center for Cura Personalis (CCP) serves students in many ways, including through individual outreach, campus training, and consultation, promoting well-being, and personalized support for students who may be struggling. The primary focus of case managers in CCP is to support students through challenges, connect them to appropriate campus and community resources, promote growth in self-advocacy, and empower students to navigate toward their own solutions and shape their own lives. Case Managers work collaboratively across the institution to develop support plans that provide a caring and seamless, holistic student learning experience.
