Pay Range:

For candidates living in California the expected pay range is $28/HR depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience. Job Summary

The Cargo Lead Agent assists and implements good services within the unit concerned.

Job Responsibilities

• Assists on the daily supervision/control staff assignments, and other special assignments Control of staff assigned duties and equipment.
• Personal presence during the daily operation at the unit concerned Maintain applicable safety and quality standards.
• Comply with company's and customer policies, procedures and requirements Be aware of the local emergency plan.
• Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities.
• Report any irregularity and take appropriate action.
• Attend to internal operations, safety, and training meetings.
• Competence in directing operational assignments instructed by Supervisor on the job initial and recurrent training.

Qualifications and Competencies

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to deal with conflicts.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Customer focus and quality awareness.
