Touching Hearts at Home is family owned and locally operated. We have been providing quality, in-home senior care in the Rochester area since 2007. Our mission is to empower older adults to age in place and avoid hospitalization. To accomplish this, we provide companion level (non-medical) care to seniors on a one-on-one basis throughout Monroe, Ontario, and Wayne Counties. This Care Partner would be responsible for providing weekly support for Wayne County elders in their homes through companionship, housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping and transportation.

- We take the safety of our Care Team and clients seriously and provide all Care Partners with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as gloves, masks, and sanitizer.
- Personal or professional experience that shows a heart for senior care
- A valid driver's license
- The ability to provide a reliable, insured vehicle to use on the client's behalf for all scheduled shifts and to travel 15 miles for any scheduled shifts
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
- The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
- Daily access to email, the internet, and a mobile phone
- We are a drug free workplace and complete a post-offer criminal background and driving record check before hiring.
