New Hope is seeking to hire full-time and part-time caregivers to help provide reliable and compassionate in-home non-medical care to our clients. We provide services in various locations all over the Upper Cumberland, Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville areas.

Your job as a caregiver is to assist with basic everyday needs:

• Assist clients with day-to-day activities, including eating, dressing, maintaining personal hygiene, taking medication, and transportation.
• Clean and organize the client's quarters to ensure a healthy living environment.
• Update the guardians of the client on the client's health and emotional well-being.
• Engage with the client through talk and activities to ensure they maintain positive mental health.
• Keep track of patient medication reminders, activities, and health status, reporting and documenting any changes as soon as they occur.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain a positive, friendly demeanor while engaging with patients.
• Pass drug tests and background checks
• Valid Drivers licenses or state ID
• Great communication skills, flexibility, showing compassion, and being reliable.

• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
