Moosehead Farms (Medical) and The Stoned Moose (Adult Use) are gearing up for the SKI Season!!!

Must be 21+ and a VALID STATE ID

Open 7 days a week - Must be available for the following:

Sunday - Thursday 8am -6pm

Friday- Saturday 8am-8pm

Current Position is 40 hours per week work including weekends. Overtime available during our busy seasons.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information about the products and services
• Informing customers about sales/discounts
• Handling customer issues
• Attention to detail - items in our facility are tracked from seed to sale and must be accounted for. It is critical to make all sales are correct.
• Follow STATE LAWS for the sales of Marijuana; to include turning customers away that are, impared by drugs or alcohol, purchasing over state mandated limits or without valid ID.
• Communicating precisely with customers
• Open and Close with correct counting and deposits (must be able to count money and give change if the POS system is unavailable.)
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Answer any questions the customers may have as an expert in the field
• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Positive and hard working attitude.

Requirements: CASHIER EXPERIENCE, Experience as a Sales Representative is a plus; Effective communication skills; High school diploma or certificate in sales; People person nature; Friendly service-oriented attitude and professionalism when dealing with customer questions; Strong sense of ethics – do the right thing, even when nobody is looking. Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments. Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have. Must be able to learn detailed information about our products to help customer decide on products that are right for their situation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
