Role Summary:
The Market Matter Review Group Coordinator & Campaign Communications Specialist assists the Director of Group Customer Protection and the Campaign Team Manager to coordinate topics for the Market Matter Review Group meetings as well as develop field and dealer campaign communications. This position will drive topics through the Market Matter Review Group as well as create and distribute agendas, organize topics, manage protocols, create meeting notes and draft escalation and information documents, and prepare detailed information to escalate in-use safety topics to factory management personnel. This position will administer communications to the brand and field on campaigns and customer outreach efforts.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop escalation materials on potential safety topics (i.e., MMI) and ensure synchronization with executive management, AG executives other departments (e.g., PCC or IPI) (20%)
- Manage and communicate agenda topics for MMRG, including receiving/disseminating input from all stakeholders (10%)
- Determine root cause of potential market safety issues for escalation and resolution (10%)
- Audit processes and procedures for potential safety matter processes per the monitor demands and QMS requirements (20%)
- Follow up as needed on topics to ensure consideration and resolution is proceeding per agreed upon schedule (5%)
- Develop campaign communication solutions, secure financing, and present to senior management and board level members to improve customer and dealer satisfaction with campaigns (20%)
- Proposes and maintains multiple and simultaneous campaign outreach programs (10%)
- Goal setting and monitoring of strategic plan milestones (5%)
Years of Relevant Experience:
- 5-7 years automotive industry experience
Education - Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Education - Desired:
- Master’s Degree

Specialized Skills - Desired:
- German or Spanish language knowledge
Work Flexibility:
- 40 hours per week on average
- Daily schedule flexible between 7-9 am and 4-6 pm
- Approximately 10% travel
