Most of our agents earn $50-60k per year while some exceed $60k when taking commission into consideration. Be paid according to your hard work and results! We are also now offering a $500.00 90 day bonus as well as a $500.00 bonus paid after 6 months.

Meduit partners with hospitals and physician organizations to call their consumers to discuss outstanding receivables, negotiate arrangements and settlements on their outstanding debts. We combine a state-of-the-art accounts receivable management model with advanced technologies and an experienced people-focused team that takes a compassionate and supportive approach to patient engagement.

Key Accountabilities

• Handling outbound and inbound calls.
• Discussing, negotiating, and executing acceptable payment arrangements for outstanding medical debts.
• Updating respective systems with call results
• Understanding and fully complying with all federal and state laws and regulations (including HIPAA FDCPA CFPB).
• Meeting or exceeding metric goals

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED
• Must be willing to submit for a background check
• Have a positive attitude and demonstrate teamwork
• FACS or Collect One system experience not required but a plus
• Computer skills required
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical insurance, and medical terminology although not required is helpful

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
