CARCHEX Call Transfer Agents are on the front lines of the CARCHEX customer experience. These energetic team members are the Company’s first point of contact with prospective customers. and are responsible for setting up successful conversations with Sales Representatives.

Reporting to a dedicated Team Leader, this position is responsible for:

· Projecting a positive, enthusiastic demeanor to potential customers

· Engaging customers who have requested a call regarding our offering

· Confirming information provided by customers.

· Answering preliminary questions about our offering

· Ensuring customers are successfully transitioned to a sales representative.

Skills and Requirements:

· Strong customer service skills

· A pleasant, patient and friendly attitude

· Ability and desire to strive in a team environment

· Ability to present oneself well over the phone

· Coachable

· Basic computer skills

Compensation for Call Transfer Agent:

· $15/hour pay plus bonus! (Average with weekly bonus included ~$18 per hour)
