Job Duties:
- Answers inbound calls and assists customers who have particular inquiries or questions.
- Responsible for the input of all premium player comp requests and premium customer reservations.
- Builds interest of customers in the products and services offered by the organization.
- Coordinates communications between customers and marketing executives and works closely with essential service departments.
- Interacts with relevant casino and hotel related departments.
- Operates computer terminal to analyze information as it pertains to customer's accounts and reservations.
- Assists with the resolution of customer complaints and problems.
- Provides Family Style Service at all times.
- Input of all wholesale and third party room reservations.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must possess superior customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficient sales and typing skills preferred.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
