Maintain a clean work environment-Preps, counters, floors, trash, etc.
Rotation of products
Soup and Food prep
Stocking
Customer Order Preparation
Match/Organize Orders and prepare for delivery
Maintain a clean work environment-Trays, counters, floors, trash, etc.
Stock counters, Drink Cooler, & Chip Rack
Fill sides-maintain dates
Update Daily special boards
Brew Coffee and keep records of times brewed to maintain freshness
Turn on equipment-fryers, toaster, warmers, etc.
Prep food-slicing tomatoes, onions, meats, cheeses, etc.
Stock prep tables including employee prep
Date meats and cheeses and keep properly rotated.
Stock fry freezer, buns, Styrofoam products etc.
Maintain temperatures of all cooler and freezer units and report issues to Department Head or to maintenance personnel
Prepare orders quickly and neatly.
Prepare tickets in order received and to order specifications.
Cleaning-Prep tables, all café equipment, floors, trash cans, stairs, fryers, dishes, etc.
Table Cleaner/UP
Deliver food to customers, wipe and clean tables and chairs
Check for Ice cream orders and dip accordingly.
Cleaning-Dishes, floors, prep tables, freezers, Custard machine, trash, fudge warmer, stock shelves.
Keep quarts and ice cream cake displays stocked, dip quarts, and prepare orders for Berlin Store.
Clean the custard machine-put together machine if time allows.
Prepare ice cream cakes for back stock as well as special orders.
Job Requirements
Working weekends and evenings and Holidays.
Physical Requirements
Lifting (up to 50#), standing, bending, walking, running stairs, sitting, pushing, pulling, talking
