Large diverse, growing Manufacturing conglomerate is searching for a Buyer . Buyer will perform source selection and procurement functions for materials , resins , tooling and services . Great visibility to senior management .Responsibilities:
Review incoming requisitions ; Negotiate pricing ; Source & obtain price quotations ; negotiate pricing with vendors
Monitor inventory levels
Expedite orders
Control shipments
Gather & process info for capital projects & materials needed for completion
Interface with all departments to assure proper quantities of materials & supplies
2-6 years purchasing experience
Salary : $ 60,000.00 - $ 73,000.00 +[ $ 8,000.00- $10,000.00 Bonus]+ Generous 401 K match .
