Job description
We are looking for an experienced Butcher to join our team in the grocery store. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meats for sale. The Butcher will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing quality products and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and bone meat according to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Operate a variety of equipment such as slicers, grinders, and saws.
- Package and label meat products for sale in the store.
- Provide customer service by answering questions about cuts of meat and other products.
- Maintain inventory of meats in the store.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
