Position: Busser

Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager

Job Summary: Sets and cleans dining tables before, during, and after meal service.

Essential Functions:

• Assist servers in their tasks.
• Serves water as guests are seated.
• Assists in carrying food trays to tables.
• Removes soiled dishes from tables; brings to dishwashing area.
• Removes soiled linen and replaces with clean linen.
• Sets tables with silverware, glassware, and clean linen.
• Cleans the floors in the dining room.
• Stocks server’s station with supplies.
• Collects trash from dining room, service areas, and other specified places after each serving period.
• Empties linen and trash.
• Dusts chairs before and after meals.
• Keeps ice bins and buckets filled.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.80 per hour
