COMPENSATION: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00; DOE

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • . Manage Office Staff; provides training, coaching and resources to aid in their success.
  • Manage Unclaimed Property
  • Reporting and projects as requested.
  • Close difficult repair order & parts tickets
  • Reconcile statements, monthly payable statements & post/close warranty payments.
  • Post applicable daily banking each day.
  • Submit Semimonthly 8300 report runs to corporate and IRS.
  • Oversee Flooring: daily reconciliation, flooring purchases, payoff flooring due. •
  • Check Timecards and handle notifications as necessary.
  • Update Expense tracking monthly
  • Manage Schedules according to due dates.
  • Provide desk coverage as necessary.
  • Works closely with the General Manager, Service Manager, Parts Manager, Director of Business Office Operations, Corporate Controller, & HR department

Qualifications:

  • Five + years related experience.
  • Deep knowledge of dealership business acumen, strategic support, stakeholder, and self-awareness.
  • Proficiency is required for, but not limited to, MS Office and Dealer Track.
  • Time management, ability to prioritize work, attention to detail, ability to problem solve, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
  • Notary certification a plus.

Skills:

  • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, detailed correspondence, and memos. Ability to write professional correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small, and large group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Deep knowledge of general accounting principles. 10-key by touch a plus.
  • REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
