BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
CareNational Healthcare Services is a leading staffing and recruitment firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona, specializing in Medical Management healthcare placements. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and drive our company's sales efforts.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing deals with decision-makers in medical organizations within our various niches within the healthcare industry. You will work closely with our VP of Business Development to develop and execute sales strategies and meet revenue and metrics goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through a high volume of daily outbound sales calls, online research, industry networking, and referral activities
- Execute the entire sales cycle from initial sales call and presentation, to negotiating client agreements, to closing the deal
- Follow up weekly/monthly with all prospect leads
- Meet revenue and metrics goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary of between $35,000 - $45,000 with an OTE of $70,000 - $80,000 for the first year, as well as an extensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, retirement program with company match, 12 paid holidays per year, company team building events, generous paid time off, gym membership reimbursement, and cellular phone benefit reimbursement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven business development experience in a high-volume, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency with core computer skills (Windows, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent time management/planning skills
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- Solid work history with exceptional employment references is required
