We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager. This representative must be responsible for customer follow up and monitoring the CSI scores and retention.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies
- Contact customers via phone, email and mail for sales and service follow up, appointment scheduling and retention needs
- Monitor sales and service CSI and dealership service retention
- Develop action plans to increase CSI and retention scores, owner loyalty and customer advocacy
- Generate reports from CDK / Excel for contact lists
- Complete Sales to Service hand-off with sales customers
- Track and monitor internet leads
Requirements:
Representative must maintain regular attendance and demonstrate exceptional phone skills. Successful candidates will be flexible, possess good organizational skills, and maintain outstanding attention to detail. Customer service representatives must also demonstrate good time management skills, be self-motivated and possess good interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Will be trained on dealership computer systems and other programs applicable to position. Professional personal appearance. Ability to work well with customers and other employees.
