Job Description - Breakfast Attendant

About the hotel: Schoenbrunn Inn is located in New Philadelphia on W High Ave.

Your Responsibilities:

The breakfast attendant must provide exceptional customer service while preparing, serving, and cleaning up the hot breakfast bar for guests. In addition, they must follow all company policies and procedures.

The housekeeper will be responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the hotel according the brand standards.

Essential Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

• Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintains the breakfast/lobby area in a clean and organized manner.
• Ensures food safety standards are met and maintains appropriate levels of inventory and supplies
• Ensures an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly guest service through discovering and responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints.
• Always contributes to maintaining a positive work environment for our diverse team and guests.
• Requires ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order level.
• Must follow all brand standards.
• Must be able to clean rooms in the alotted time
• Must be able to follow brand standards
• Must be able to conduct accurate inventory of housekeeping items
• Maintain equipment in working condition
• Create daily job lists on serviced rooms
• Report any shortages or daily security issues
• Handle reasonable guest complaints
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Ability to work individually and stay motivated
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
