A local Confidential Company is seeking a Branch Manager, for Central Wisconsin area, base pay starting at $42,000.00 annually, day shift, Monday - Friday.
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will direct and supervise a team of recruiters and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales and/or productivity goals.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborates with the Director of Supportive Home Care and Regional Vice President to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal, local, state, and federal policies, procedures and regulations.
● Processing and verification of weekly payroll for external staff, accuracy of client invoices.
● Collaborates with branch level staff to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals.
● Identifies training needs and opportunities; creating plans to meet those needs.
● Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service while setting an example for other staff.
● Participates in community activities to promote the organization while building goodwill.
● Collaborates with corporate marketing team regarding advertising, marketing and hiring campaigns.
● Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Excellent leadership and management skills.
● Self-motivated with particular attention to customer service, interpersonal skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
