Peak Behavioral Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its interdisciplinary clinic in Norman, Oklahoma. Job Duties:
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Peak, Vineland, etc.), which also includes reviewing prior client documentation and reports, interviewing families, and analyzing and interpreting results
- Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Communicate with families and provide ongoing and regular family trainings
- Provided clinical oversight to behavior technicians by providing ongoing feedback and empowering them to do their BEST work with each client
- Be an active participant in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other providers.
- Coordinate the submission of billing to billing provider
- Ensure quality standards through ongoing staff training/consultation
- Supervise 190-220 clinical hours weekly
- Provide 25 hours of program modification, parents trainings, and assessments (billable) per week
- Analyze behavioral data and modify treatment plans on an ongoing basis
- Coordinate the submission of billing to billing provider
- Maintain all clinical records in accordance with HIPAA
- Work 40 hours per week
Experience Required
- 1+ years of experience providing ABA therapy
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Be in good standing as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Oklahoma (or be license eligible)
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable form of insured transportation
- Pass a background check
- Must be able to sit on the floor, kneel, run around, squat, and lift materials
- Experience providing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
- Experience supervising others, providing parenting training, and behavioral intervention
- Excellent communication skills with other providers and families
- Passionate about helping children and their families
- Available full-time – 40 hours/week
- Physically able to play on floor with children, while providing therapy (sit, stand, lift up to 50 lbs.)
- Proficient in using electronic devices (computer, tablets) for extended amounts of time
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary ($65,000-$75,000) - Pay is negotiable based on experience
