The Deron School of N.J., Inc., an approved private school for students with disabilities, ages 3-21 is seeking applicants for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The applicant should possess the ability to multi-task and excel in a fast paced environment, as well as, maintain high professional standards. Overview:

• Provide direct/indirect supervision to RBT's, Teacher Assistants and 1:1 Paraprofessionals assigned to students and classrooms.
• Assist teachers in creating and implementing Behavior Plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Review reports and data on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each student supervised
• Regular communication with parents
• Coordinate with Case Managers to maintain quality assurance
• Provide parent and staff training
• Assist with the intake process of potential new students
• Assist with coverage of staffing as needed

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $350.00 - $400.00 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff is not required to be vaccinated, however unvaccinated staff must submit a negative Covid test weekly. The school follows all CDC protocols for Covid-19 precautions.
