Job Brief: We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to identify, outreach and present qualified job candidates for our clients. Talent Sourcer responsibilities include publishing job ads, evaluating applications and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria. To be successful in this role, you will need to be ready to fill a variety of jobs for different departments and seniority levels.
Ultimately, you will help our clients reduce time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
$45k-$50k salary + $20k bonus potential. Other benefits below.
Responsibilities:
- Manage initial hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening some interviewing)
- Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
- Crafting outbound messaging based on understanding client ideal candidate profile requirements
- Source and contact passive candidates using multi-touch engagement channels: email, LinkedIn, SMS calling
- Use our recruiting technology stack to support candidate outreach, sequences, and candidate submissions
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Depending on the search, interacting with potential candidates and providing shortlists of qualified potential hires
- Prepare candidates ahead of interviews
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Keep detailed records of past applicants information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations
- Achieve KPIs tied to # of qualified candidate submissions, completed placements, avg. days to placement, revenue outcomes
- On occasion, support candidate scheduling, SDR level interviews, candidate community building efforts
- 1+ year of experience in an outbound sale or recruiting motion is preferred
- Willingness to continually adapt on how best to evaluate candidates for various roles and seniority levels
- Confidence under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal coordination relationship-building skills
- Must be willing to give and receive constructive feedback to team members
