Location: Hillside, IL
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Process invoices for assigned accounts with attention to detail and custom procedures
• Reviewing and handling the collection process for assigned accounts
• Researching payment discrepancies/answering client and Salesperson/Account Manager inquiries
• Processing client credit card and check payments
• Assist with month end closing on assigned accounts

Experience:

• 2-3 years billing experience
• Accounts Receivable experience a plus
• Multi-state sales tax experience a plus
• General ledger knowledge
• Comfortable dealing with numbers
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
