JOB SUMMARY
As a billing administrator at APISource, Inc. your job duties include coordinating with internal departments, customers and vendors to ensure the accuracy billing information and timeliness of processing invoices. Corresponding directly with clients and vendors to resolve any account issues or discrepancies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
· Ensure customers are billed correctly for products delivered and services performed
· Issue invoices and distribute them electronically, by mail or uploaded into specified client portals
· Provide professional, efficient and complete customer service to clients and vendors as pertains to billing questions
· Audit open order and costing reports weekly to ensure accuracy and timeliness of project billing
· Resolve disagreements between the company and its creditors
· Request payment of pending debts in a firm yet considerate manner
· Negotiate payment arrangements when needed
· Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments etc.)
· Prepare and submit statements to clients
· Accepts any other duties, tasks, and responsibilities delegated by the Accounting Manager
· Collaborate with finance and sales professionals to maintain accounts receivable
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
· 1-3+ years of Billing / Administration experience (preferred)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ General technical proficiency
· Problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail
· Solid grammar and communication skills
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Knowledge of office practices and procedures in an accounting department
· Ability to read, analyze and interpret accounts receivable reports.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The normal workday will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, the hours may be longer or subject to change based on specific business needs.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
