Hiring a Bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English) Supply Chain Warehouse Coordinator for a direct hire/perm job in the Perimeter - W Crown Pointe area. Training will be o n location, then possible hyrbrid work schedule. .

Must have 2-3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, understanding of logistics, shipping, port and commercial processes. You will possibly be traveling to visit logisitics operations centers.

Experience in following up with complaints and providing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, ideally in International business, business administration, supply chain, and logistics
• 1-3 years of professional warehouse experience
• Understanding of logistics, shipping, ports, warehouse, and commercial processes especially in the US Market.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience in following up with complaints and providing solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint) and Google Workspace tools

Job Summary

• Support the design of warehouse processes regarding inbound, outbound and storage (FIFO compliance, processes standards, damage material handling, etc)
• Periodically audit warehouse processes regarding inbound, outbound and storage
• Periodically audit the condition of warehouses, its infrastructure and equipment
• Give information to the business units about current status of products and goods when required
