Job description
Dental office in Jackson Heights seeks to add a full-time member to our dental team. Our ideal candidate would be personable, energetic, and able to seamlessly transition between working the front desk and support clinical staff as needed.
Requirements
- Saturday availability is a must
- Minimum one year experience working at a dental office
- Experience in dental insurance verification
- Spanish and English proficiencies
- Punctuality, self-motivation, and attentiveness to detail
- Proficiency at using a computer, answering e-mail, and typing up word documents
- Specific training on the office's software will be provided
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- making phone calls and corresponding with patients in both languages
- Walking out patients and processing payments
- Verifying patient's dental insurance and coverage
- Keeping reception area organized and clean
- Keeping track and organizing lab cases
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
