General Description:
The Customer Service Representative performs various functions in support of the Customer Service Department. The
incumbent plans and organizes work around established deadlines, is self-motivated, and very detail oriented. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
The job will include but not be limited to the following:
- Provide prompt, courteous response to customer inquiries
- Manage spreadsheets, pull reports
- Draft requests for information in automated system
- Data entry, filing, faxing, and other general clerical tasks
- Perform other duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Associates Degree (Preferred)
- Strong date entry experience
- Strong verbal communication
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of business software and the aptitude to learn new software
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- No unusual physical requirements: nearly all work is performed in an indoor facility
- Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands, standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
- Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically
