What You Will Be Doing
The benefits specialist informs workers about their benefits, helps with enrollment and adjustments, maintains HR systems and reports, and makes sure that all necessary benefit notices are being followed. In terms of eligibility, benefits, modifications, invoicing, payroll deductions, and reporting, the benefits specialist is a subject matter expert.
What You Need for this Position
At Least 2+ Years:
- Informing Employees on various Benefits and Retirement Plans.
- 401k Administration
- COBRA / Disability
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CEBS Professional Designations Preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite
