Job description

Primary Responsibilities include processing of bi-weekly payroll for Hotel Management of New Orleans, City Sightseeing New Orleans, and Cemetery Tours New Orleans on alternating weeks. Secondary responsibilities include enrollment and tracking of company benefits (Medical and Life Insurances), accruals (vacation and sick leave), and company quarterly bonus program.

Willing to Train. Compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Customer Service

Written/Verbal Communication

  • Ability to read and write in a clear, professional manner and tone


Mathematical

  • Proficient in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Proficient knowledge of US currency
  • Proficient knowledge of standard and military time


Technical

  • Operation of a computer using a keyboard and mouse
  • Proficient operation of payroll system
  • Proficient operation of property management system, telephone switch, and fax machine
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office


Reasoning

  • Ability to make sound decisions based on undefined parameters
  • Ability to multi-task in a calm and collected manner
