Skagit Pediatrics has a permanent, full-time position available for an Behavioral Health Program Assistant.

Required Education/Experience:

- Minimum AA/associate degree required

Preferred:

-Work experience in a health care setting

-Work experience in public facing setting

-Bilingual in English/Spanish

-Experience in and passion for the social service field

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team membership skills

-Proficiency with Windows compatible PC applications used in clinic (Windows, Word,

Excel, Outlook, etc.)

a) Assist with patient care:

• Manage patient scheduling and follow-up
• Patient communication around scheduling and case management
• Manage patient information, registry, and care plans
• Other duties as assigned

b)Assist with program management:

• Work with Behavioral Health Consultants (BHC) and Billing Dept. to keep registries updated
• Manage patient lists for monthly BHC/medical provider huddles
• Manage BHC schedules
• Data management related to program evaluation
• Create and maintain resource lists and relationships with community partners
• Other duties as assigned

Opportunity for role expansion into care navigation and project management for the qualified candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour
