We are looking for experienced Mail Processing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for using BCC software to process large mail files.
• Data list cleansing and manipulation.
• General IT experience working in a Windows Active Directory environment.

Job Qualifications

• Experience in using BCC software to process mail required.
• BCC “Full Service” version experience ideal.
• Knowledge of Seamless Acceptance, Full Service IMB and Mail Anywhere programs
• Knowledge of USPS Business Customer Gateway navigation and FAST appointments would be a plus.
• Knowledge of 1-pass co-mingling processing.
• Knowledge of mail - must know how mail is to be handled in facility to give to the US Post Office.
• Data List/Excel manipulation.
• IT and networking experience a plus.

Successful candidates must have the following:

• Must have two years mailing experience.
• Understand how to manage multiple projects.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Broadview, IL 60155: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• BCC Software: 1 year (Required)
• USPS Presorting/NCOA/CASS: 1 year (Preferred)
