Bartender Position Summary:

Private Veterans club is seeking experienced Bartender who is familiar with a wide variety of drink recipes and is capable of delivering quality customer service to join our team.

The bartender is expected to serve guests quality beverages while delivering orders promptly. In addition, the bartender is expected to follow all Georgia State rules and regulations at all times.

Ideal candidate will be personable, motivated & be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be willing to work weekday evenings/nights, weekends and events as needed.

Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.

Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the drawer.

Good hourly wage plus tips!

General Responsibilities:

Serves alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner as policy.

Makes suggestions and/or recommendations to members and guests to ensure highest level of satisfaction.

Speaks with enthusiasm at all times; provides highest level of service in accordance with Lounge standards.

Develops relationships with members and their families; addresses members with sir or madam, or by name if member frequently patronizes the Lounge. Remembers the 'regulars' and initiates pre-service.

Qualification Standards/Skills:

Pleasant, outgoing, and helpful personality; Professionally groomed and attired.

Must have clear written and verbal communication skills.

Must have basic math skills and the ability to responsibly handle cash transactions.

Must be at least 21 years of age, have valid drivers license & reliable transportation.

Willing to train the right candidate.
