Berry Blendz is a local owned smoothie, fresh squeezed juice and sandwich shop that is looking to add another amazing Barista to join our team. We are looking to add a full time and or part time barista, server, casher. Typical hours are 8:30-4:00 and 11:5:00. The position requires you to be on your feet most of the time, which includes pouring and mixing drinks, making smoothies, juices, and sandwiches, taking customer orders and answering questions about our products. An ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment but it is not required. Must have passion for excellent customer service. We offer a flexible schedule and maybe able to work around your school schedule. Average CASH tips may range from $5.00 - $8.00 per hour or an average of $50.00 or more per 8 hour shift. We offer on the job training, training at your own speed along with a fun work environment. We have the best team! Must be able to lift 20 lbs. and touch pork, beef, fruit, and peanuts.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a welcoming and calm atmosphere for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Barista Supervisor.
• Address customer complaints.
• Perform general cleaning of the store.
• Listen to and address concerns of registered customers.
• Jump on counter during a shoplifter incident.
• Answer phone calls in a timely manner.
• Give change to customers when requested.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
