About the Company: Gong Cha is a popular bubble tea chain that prides itself on serving high-quality teas with exceptional customer service. We are currently looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team as a Barista/Cashier/Bubble Tea Employee.

Responsibilities:

Greet and provide excellent customer service to all customers.

Take orders, prepare drinks, and handle cash with efficiency and accuracy while adhering to the company's standard operating procedures.

Cook and prepare ingredients in the kitchen while following the company's standard operating procedures.

Participate in opening and closing duties with efficiency.

Maintain store cleanliness.

Assist with other tasks as requested by management.

Requirements:

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Must hold a valid NYC food handler certificate. (https://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/business/health-academy/food-protection-online-free.page)

Strong English communication skills.

Able to follow rules and procedures, as well as receive constructive criticism in a professional manner.

Able to interact productively and professionally with co-workers and customers.

Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time, lift and move at least 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work a flexible schedule of 30-40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to commit to long-term employment.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
