Our mission is to bring you a flavorful exciting tea drink experience to brighten up your day, a SUNRIGHT experience! Sourcing premium ingredients from local farms and vendors in Taiwan, we aim to provide quality drinks at an affordable price. We have a strong team working to fulfill our mission and we are looking for new members to add to our Korea Town location in LA. We're really popular with over 20+ locations in SoCal thus this location in particular is looking for employees that are able to handle difficult situations, large workload and intense pressure.

Looking For
- Friendly, passion, positive personality with excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated and proactive team player
- People who can work in a fast paced and team oriented environment
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers, team members and supervisors
- Open availability, flexible hours, willingness to work weekends and some holidays
- Previous barista experience is not required, but a plus. Hands-on training will be provided.
- Food Handler’s Certification
- Able to handle intense and difficult situations
Responsibilities
- Crafting all beverages on the menu and to the needs of customers
- Working register and greeting customers
- Following verbal & written instructions in order to maintain drink quality and consistency
- Complying consistently with standard portion sizes
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station
- Restocking teas, toppings, utensils and other needed items
- Prepping ingredients as needed
- Assisting other team members as needed
- Opening and closing duties including: cooking boba, prepping, restocking, cleaning, mopping, taking out trash
- Adhere to food and safety guidelines
Compensation
- Hourly + Tips + Unlimited Boba

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
