Ziggi’s Coffee is currently seeking baristas to join our team at one of our locations in Arvada, CO!

We are looking for top-level performers who not only aspire to be the best part of the customer's day, but also the best part of their team member's day! Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and great communication skills! We are also looking for someone who:

Baristas are responsible for adhering to the Ziggi's Coffee Brand Promise of “being the best part of your day” through the following ways:

• Create a welcoming environment for customers by focusing on the three fundamental aspects of customer service: body language, verbal communication and tone.
• Greet all customers in a timely manner with a positive and energetic tone.
• Provide friendly and personalized service to each customer; develop a good rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.
• Are knowledgeable about Ziggi’s Coffee products and services.
• Proficiently prepare food and beverages by following the correct recipes and preparation techniques, which ensures quality and consistency.
• Verbally receive and repeat orders to the customer in a friendly manner to ensure order accuracy.
• Always maintain positive company morale and a professional attitude.
• Handle payments: cash, including making change, and credit card payments.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and additional tasks assigned by managers.
• Restock product as needed throughout shifts.
• Routinely clean and maintain the bar area, lobby (in café locations), counters, restrooms and take out trash.
• Report potential safety hazards, employee accidents, and operational inconsistencies to managers.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following local health department guidelines.
• Abide by posted schedules, including working during special events, such as grand openings, fundraisers and holidays.
• Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds.
• Regularly required to handle food and hot beverages. * Report all customer complaints to manager.
• Adhere to Ziggi’s Coffee Dress Code Guidelines.
• Wear safety vests/straps during outside order takin
• $14-$19 per hour includes tips & bonuses

What started as a small coffee shop on the corner of Main Street in downtown Longmont, Colorado in 2004, has since grown to multiple drive-thru and coffeehouse locations across the U.S.
