Employment Type: 16-32 hours a week

Compensation: $16-22+ (Base Pay + Tips)

We are looking for reliable, personable, and hardworking applicants; experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person for the job! We are currently hiring for the North Pole Coffee stand at the Fairbanks International Airport and other retail locations located in FMH and TVC.

Requirements:

- Must be able to work weekends

- Must be able to work evening shifts

-Proficient in communication skills.

-Able to use basic math skills.

-Able to provide (or obtain) an Alaska State Food Handlers Card

-Able to pass a background check

-Able to work long term (6 months or longer)

Job Duties:

-Take orders correctly and efficiently

-Create espresso drinks

-Interact with customers.

-Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

-Employees are required to help with cleaning tasks according to shifts/positions.

-Must be willing to learn restaurant procedures and perform basic duties in the kitchen.
