Drip Coffee is a newly established drive-thru coffee shop striving to become our community’s delicious and efficient first stop of the day. We will accomplish this by enhancing daily life with exceptional quality and service. As Seminole’s premier coffee stop, we are looking for full-time and part-time employees who will excitedly help us fulfill our mission. Baristas will be the face of our company. Thus, these individuals must be able to have, above all else, a genuine and positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
Barista Skills and Responsibilities:
- Greet and treat each customer with a positive and lively attitude.
- Multitask in a busy environment.
- Must work well with fellow team members.
- Knowledgeable about all products/goods sold. Will be able to educate customers when help is desired, helpfully, and respectfully.
- Prepare and sell coffee/tea drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques. Consistency is key.
- Help maintain inventories through established best practices.
- Assist in the maintenance of equipment by following operating instructions, end-of-shift cleaning, and notifying Drip Managers of any known issues.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Update job knowledge through training and educational opportunities. Constantly learning and improving.
- Enhance coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Work Hours & Benefits:
We are hiring for both full and part-time positions. Drip will be open Monday-Saturday 6 a.m.- 4 p.m. While these are our listed hours of operation, morning staff will be required to start their workday at 5:30 a.m. to ensure Drip is ready to open. Individuals who close will be required to stay as long as it takes to properly close the shop. This position will pay $10-$12 an hour based upon commensurate experience.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Prior food service or coffee shop experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with telephone, office, and point-of-sale software
