Cub in Shorewood is looking for Baker! Do you have a sweet tooth and enjoy working in a fast paced, rewarding, and customer focused environment? Experience preferred but not required. We are looking for steady work history, passion for baking and great customer service skills. Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet customers
• Answer customer questions, provide product sampling, and offer suggestions
• Stock, rotate and face bakery product
• Record cake orders accurately and completely
• Follow safe food handling and preparation processes
• Follow approved preparation and production guidelines
• Ensure proper product quality, presentation, and rotation
• Ensure proper ingredients and consistencies (scales/measures)
• Plan and adjust production sheets to consistently maintain adequate department conditions
• Ensure a variety of product is prepared for maximum sales potential
• 18 years or older (Required)
