Full-Time, Live-Out

Location: Missouri City, 77459

Pets: None though they hope to get a medium-sized, hypoallergenic dog in the future

Start Date: As soon as they meet the perfect fit, flexible

End Date: A minimum of 1 year though ideally 2+ years

Schedule: The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours/week and 45 hours/week for the workweeks that include Saturday

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 2 Saturdays per month, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (flexible for an ideal fit)

Child:

Both parents are entrepreneurs and enjoy the balance of managing a busy routine while maintaining the freedom and flexibility to be hands-on parents. Their ideal nanny has a collabortive spirit and is comfortable working hand-in-hand with mom to raise an amazing little boy. This family maintains open communication and will work to create a great work environment to ensure your satisfaction in the role.

This ideal nanny is easygoing, receptive to how they want to raise their son, and is happy to make recommendations to the parents. They seek a nanny who takes the initiative to remain abreast of their little one's developmental and learning goals. She plans and prepares stimulating activities throughout each day. She engages him in valuable indoor & outdoor playtime, reading, and educational experiences in a zero screen time environment.

Pay: $23 - $26/hour

• Guaranteed Pay - 40 hours/week
