Overview:
MANALAPAN, FL (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) - Private UHNW family seeking a FULL-TIME ROTA NANNY for their 5-year-old son. The family has 4 children and each child has 2 independent nannies. The candidate must be willing to work in a fully staffed home with security, drivers, chefs, housekeepers, etc. The family has a team of 8 nannies and the perfect candidate would be someone who can speak Mandarin or Filipino. The rotational schedule is 1 month on and 1 month off. The family does not cover transportation costs to and from work. It is important to note the candidate must be Covid vaccinated and the family requires a 3-day quarantine (paid) in a private apartment on the property at the beginning of each working month.

The nanny is to be expected to share a room and accommodations with the 5-year-old child. The candidate once hired, will train with one of the current nannies for a smooth transition. The main duties of the nanny will be caring for the 5-year-old son, helping engage him with his homework, ensure he walks to his afterschool activities - all on the property; tennis, basketball, chess, etc. The family property is expansive and the nanny will need to be comfortable walking to and from different areas on the property.

The family is very STEM-focused and would like an educated nanny who understands how to assist the son with Math and Science. The 5-year-old has ADHD and is gifted and in need of a constant mental challenge. All of the children attend home-school on the property with 3 tutors from 9 am - 12:30 pm. The nannies use this time to have a break.

Benefits include sick days paid + Medical Insurance. Candidate must be COVID vaccinated and willing to sign an NDA. Start date is ASAP. Pay is $150k gross annually with room to grow.

Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study

CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position

A passion for working with children

Two+ years childcare experience

Excellent work and personal references

U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)

Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership

Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

Competent swimmer

Non-smoker

Willing to go through extensive Background Check

Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident

Willingness to show proof of immunizations

No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
