Job Description
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Complete routine and non-routine maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and replacing aircraft communication, navigational and electrical equipment.
- Complete functional testing and inspections of the avionics on our fleet and customer aircraft.
- Perform the installation and testing of electrical/avionics wire harnesses, components, and systems on aircraft per specifications, drawings, and maintenance manuals.
- Build wire harnesses and install using acceptable practices for terminating, splicing, soldering, of wiring, and coax cabling.
- Set up and operates necessary test equipment to test transponder, communication and navigational equipment.
Required skills/Abilities:
- Possesses a working knowledge of standard test equipment, ohmmeters, pitot static test boxes, transponder test sets and comm/navigation testing equipment.
- Must be able to exercise good judgement in a team environment as well as in aircraft maintenance and safety.
- Must have problem solving and organizational skills.
- Must be able to read and understand Company and Manufacturer Manuals.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Must be willing to work in an environment that is subject to changing climate conditions and moderate noise levels and move items of 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
- Active, valid Driver’s License required.
- High school diploma, or GED required.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and FAA. regulated drug/alcohol tests prior to start. Will be enrolled in our random drug pool.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
