SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Motivate, train and adhere to high ethical standards while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI)
- Proficiency with inventory and floor plan management
- Achieve monthly forecasted budget
- Follow up on sales leads, lost trades and service customers by working effectively with sales consultants by assisting in closing deals
