Automotive Parts Consultant

Johnson Motors is looking for a driven motivated individual to join our revenue driving sales force at our dealership in New Richmond, WI. Parts Consultant Responsibilities:

• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself / herself to guaranteeing satisfaction of customers
• Establish parts sales goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
• Present a helpful and positive attitude towards assisting customers in their parts needs
• Have a functional knowledge of vehicles, their mechanical operation & parts
• Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
• Will stay current on all inventory levels, ensuring the right part is available for every customer, every time.
