What your day looks like:
- Maintain a high-level of performance selling and delivering vehicles
- Provide a first-class customer experience
- Develop sales techniques to convert opportunities
- Manage Customer Retention through Dealer Socket CRM
- Participate in daily/weekly training program
- Assist in building, developing and growing our online reputation
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features
- Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price
- Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests
- Demonstrate & develop understanding of automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features
The Skills you bring:
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, with a passion for selling and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills across all levels and departments
- Ability to follow the sales process
- Ability to multi-task with solid organizational and time management skills
- Passion for achieving great results and always wanting to improve
The Expertise you have:
- Prior Automotive Sales experience
- Basic computer skills and prior experience using CRM systems
Physical requirements:
- Frequent walking & sitting
- Occasional bending, stooping
- Snow removal
- Infrequent lifting (maximum 10lbs)
