Position Summary:
The Manager of Attribution serves as the foremost expert in attribution & members assignment within agilon health.
The Manager, Attribution will lead an attribution team designed drive growth within existing markets and advance agilon’s partnerships by fostering exquisite communication and integration with physician partners.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead attribution function for multiple markets, through the management of one or more attribution team members.
- Serve as subject matter expert in the development of new markets
- Lead, in partnership with operations leaders and physician office partners, the development of new workflows to ensure highly reliable attribution processes exists
- Organize agilon attribution team to produce routine & ad-hoc reporting to inform executive leaders, physician partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Interface with health plan leaders, and functional experts, to ensure proper assignment of Senior Care Advantage members
- Partner with agilon health resources to streamline attribution data needed for continuous workflow improvement
- Participate in enterprise-wide attribution work group
- Develop ad-hoc attribution reports for agilon health executives
Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum Experience
- 4-6 years of relevant experience within a healthcare and/or managed care operations
- Familiar with managed care products, healthcare operations, delivery systems, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness
2. Education/Licensure:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
